Doctors and Billing Services Rate AdvancedMD Products Highly
In our continuing efforts to improve our products and solicit feedback, AdvancedMD contracted a third party research company to survey our existing clients. The survey included eight questions and a free-form field to obtain candid feedback from respondents.
The results were quite enlightening. First of all, our clients were eager to tell us what they thought. Our response rate was 19.5%…nearly triple the industry average for these kinds of surveys. Additionally, the majority of our respondents used our software at least 30 hours a week, meaning they were very familiar with it and knew what they were talking about. The responses were overwhelmingly positive, with many comments reflecting what one customer wrote when she responded: “I’ve been very happy with AdvancedMD and feel it is far superior to systems I’ve previously used.”
Our overall approval rating was 91% with “ease of use” and “product features” being the top factors for that score. Other areas in the survey were:
- AdvancedMD software features – 93% were satisfied with current features.
- Ease-of-use – 97% agreed it was easy to use.
- Software updates – 91% thought they were beneficial.
- Communication from AdvancedMD – 89% satisfied.
