Once you have accepted our proposal we will put a transition team on site that will develop and execute a systematic plan of transition. eHealthTech’s “Rapid Start” program contains all of the key elements needed to coordinate workflow between your organization and ours. During Rapid Start implementation we establish a monitoring and tracking system for provider enrollment, chart production, data (charge) entry, payment posting, insurance follow-up, and reporting on coding trends and benchmarks.
eHealthTech conducts regular meetings, which may be via web-conferencing, with each client to discuss the actual versus projected performance and to make adjustments that may be required.
